Will be hitting it early again this wednesday to work on some of the outstanding items at the Rock. Will have better tools with me this time and should be able to hit several of the items this time. Will not spend alot of time on back c-box due to no wind and way to many chiggers. If anyone wants to join in I should be there no later than 2:30pm wednesday.

Bringing loppers as well tomorrow for that chigger infected back c-hole. First i will bath in OFF and then destroy the area behind the tee so people can sit/stand whatever while people tee off. Would be nice if I could get a key to the gate's so I could drive to 17 and 16 to work on those items as well. And also #10, but that gate has been unlocked each week so hope it is again. Looks like I will be there sometime around 2pm if not sooner. If anyone see's my truck my tools my cooler and my cart and not me, call for help as either the chiggers or the heat has taken its toll!! Just bring me a Budweiser and that should bring me back!!

I will try and get out there early and help you as well.

also I think the chain on 18 has 1 lock that was not locked all the way that you might be able to get off and get to 17 and 16. thanks again for all your help

Sounds great. Bring your weedeater if you can since you have a locking trunk on your truck. I will bring mine too, but would need to lock in your truck during the round. That way we can weed eat the path's on B-hole and touch up as needed in other spots. Anyone else who wants to help out would be a great thing. Just show up around 2pm and we can find some items that need to worked on. Thanks again Chris.

Going to leave Pro box C alone for awhile. Picked up a BAD CASE of POISEN IVY last wednesday and have no desire to get it again. In fact, when it come to clearing out area's out there, consider me OUT! Could be sumac or poisen oak too!! But all I know is is that its unbareable and just drives me insane 24/7. Going home tonight, filling the hot tub with high powered chemicals and getting in. If I survive tonight I'll be there wednesday.

Thanks Lala & Seewhere

Going to go with a few of the "home remedies" and see what happens. Thank god its only on one arm and one knee. Salt water this weekend at the coast probably helped it from spreading as thats when it started to really show its nasty head. I looked it up and its poisen sumac. Really hard to get rid of. Hopefully one of the home remedies will work or I will keep looking like a raw tomatoe.

holy crap!
I overheard a pharmacist recommend spermicidal jelly for poison ivy. She said that it would keep it from spreading since poison ivy is an oil. The instructions were to wash with soap and warm water then apply jelly as needed. Then use any type of cortizone cream for itching. -- Marnie from MN

can you imagine trying to explain why you have a bottle of KY in your bag...I am not sure what would be worse the lube in the bag or coming home with a Jimmy stuck to your shoe.No offense Jimmy!!!!lol!

Between the bleach bath and the high level clorine swim it seems to have done its job. It feels alot better today although it still looks painful and blood red. Its not my first rodeo with this crap but it is the first bad case in two years from out there. Should be able to play tomorrow if repeated bleach and chlorine swims go well tonight. Again, thanks for the tips on how to kill it.

They are talking about eating a poisen Ivey leaf right from the plant. dear god, the way I break out just getting close to that stuff, I would die if I was to eat a leaf of that stuff.!! But Larry K is living proof that it works cause he can lay down on it now and not get it.

first sign of spring poison oak will have small buds like tiny rose buds. not mature enough for the oily bad stuff. i hope none of yall needs to do this but keith's clorox bath stories brought back some nightmares. i'd eat another bud in a second.

Yes it was burning and will more than likely leave a scar or two but it dried it up PDQ. Now all I need is a 4-wheeler and some full strenght round-up with spayer and go for a ride aroud the park and kill all poisen ivey's.

Keith and I loaded up some rock for the "C" pro box.
He will be able to get down there in his truck.....It would be nice someone unloaded it to the back of the box.
The plan is to work on the retainer wall Saturday and after the mini Sunday, I could use some help re-doing the Hammack pile
