![]() I was trying to get it from the source. It has been rumored and alluded to, but there has been no simple "yes" or "no" from the Man DMac himself. The warlock/radius is a great mold!

Yes the discs are molded from the same mold, but a different polymer blend and profile of injection( speed, pressure temperature and hold time).
The combination of these 2 causes different shrinkages and therefore a different feel and flight characteristics. Both are great discs but they do feel and fly different then each other, especially in the S Plastic. I have not test thrown many drives with the Radius Driver, only putts, but I know they are really sweet feeling in the hand. www.1080discs.com |

We are only running E right now and have the Blurrs and Rages ready for Auto Ship next week. Today we ran E spirits and they are looking exactly like the green run of nike, just a bit softer on the rim, but same subtle dome. Tomorrow we will run Speed demon DT's and next week we will run elements and element-x's in this sweet blend of E! |

Ran some orange E Spirits on friday and will run Speed Demon-Dt's on monday.
After that the rest of the E we have will be for Elements and ELX's. Probably try and make the runs similar to the bright Orange in flexibility and dome, with a few hundred of each a little firmer! |

Sounds like its time to get some spirits.
I have found compared to my rage that the rage may be straighter but the Spirit seems to have more glide. Also you should make a putter mold with the stability of the Quest Crossfire but with better glide I am really liking that disc for anything right turn but seems to die off for me around 275 or so ... still working with that one. Pretty much at this point the only quest in my bag... still messing with some of their other moldsWhich reminds me time to get some more blurrs too |

Dave I'm throwing the blue crossfire in the nike plastic. I use it for straight tunnel shots with not much power.

The blueish and pinkish ones in the S plastic I believe
![]() The E ones are not for me, I did like the 10m crossfire I thought that was really not that bad of a putter either. |

I recently purchased a couple Infernos and have a question. The stamp on the front says "Inferno" but when I flip it over, molded into the plastic it says "Raging Inferno", is this an Inferno or a raging inferno? I love the way the disc flys so I am not to worried about it either way. But I want to buy more of them for practice and want to make sure I purchase the same thing.
Thanks in advance Richard |

Go with what it says on the bottom. We noticed the other day there were a few Raging Inferno's stamped as Infernos. I thought we had pulled them all, but apparently not. With Quest discs, the actual name is on the bottom of the disc

David,
I was talking with Larry Bledsoe today about the players pack for BG Ams. and he mentioned that Gateway was going to hand out a new disc never released called The Diablo. So, can you give us any details on this? |

The disc for the player package in bowling green will be called the Diablo-DT!
We are trying to get a slightly under-stable long range driver similar to a sidewinder. The 1st prototypes are getting ready to be test flown today or tomorrow. It will be a shallower rimmed Disc like the RIDT with a slightly different dimple pattern. The pattern will have Dimples closer together so there will be more of them. More dimples means less flat areas on the wing, which = more lift, less resistance and a faster, longer flight. I will post initial test results by starting a new thread after testing. It may take a prototype or 2 to get it where we want, buts thats the scoop for now!! BTW, Always go by whats engraved on the bottom of the discs, but like Matt said, the regular Infernos are noticeably deeper on the rim. We have also stamped some RIDT and RI's with the Inferno stamp on accident! |

Is the Diablo-DT going to be more understable than the E inferno?
Another question - is it still possible to get E-Demons anywhere? |

Sounds like a useful disc dave. I definately have grown to like the use of the dimples since they do seem to be affective. Great innovation in my opinion, questionable at first when they were like stacked honeycombs but with how they are now definately better
![]() Any thought of maybe making a sabre mold but flatten the wing on the sabre? I think that would yield a great disc... Especially with how stable the latest sabre runs have been |

I am getting the diablo Dt brought out to my house by Chris Boro, he has been test flying them and seems to think they have an extremely long glide and penetration left to right without actually flipping too much.
I am heading out to a lighted field to test fly in about 30 minutes. They are only 163-167, which is pretty good weight for ams and for going big left to right for right handers! Ill be reporting back here and soon will be BLOGGING gateways daily news on the new website. News like production numbers new course scouting and new retail outlets To all gateway sponsored players please send over your player profiles for the news site ASAP./ Also if you know of an up and coming advanced player that plans on staying advanced all year have him contact us with your recommendations! |

Hi Dave,
Have the Warlocks been run in the Medium stiffness in S plastic? I saw some for sale on eBay that said they were Mediums, but I thought they had only been run in Soft and SuperSoft for the S plastic. Thanks, sleepy

Thanks for the speedy reply, Dave!
![]() I'll try and get my hands on some. Also, will the mis-stamped Wizard deal (5 for $30) be added to gatewayunderground.com, or is it best to call the shop? sleepy
