Why... yes Dave, it is a Titan portable Pro-24 catching all the shots...

And do you notice the minimal spit outs and how the red dipped top and bottoms frame the target so well...

If I am not mistaken some of those Titan portable Pro-24 baskets will be available for sale at the upcoming MPPP in Springfiedl on 2/3/2007 direct from GDS, is that correct?

>shameless plug<

For additional information… please visit http://www.discgolfclub.org

Our Commercial is at http://www.discgolftv.com/dgtv/70/2/0

We'd love to see all you guys and gals there...

Jim,
I talked with a few more guys today about coming up.
There seems to be a lot of interest, but it is the dead of winter and we usually get WAY more golfers on Saturday then Sunday. A lot of guys that play disc golf events work on Saturday!
I'm not sure if any will preregister, is their a discount for preregistering or a lte fee for not?

They would get a buck of the one mulligan that can be bought if they pre-registered... Pre-Registering makes it easier on us to have the players packs ready. If they are coming up Friday night... they get the $50.00 hotel rate by clicking on the logo on our website... Remember, one room on Friday Night and one room on Saturday night will be compt by the VP of Marketing for Microtel from the registered players staying at the hotel.

The closest thing to the Speed Demon will be the Spirit. They are very similar in flight pattern.

Tokyo,
Have you thrown both the Spirit and Speed demon in E plastic?
In the middle of summer we changed the wing on the speed demon, adding Dimple technology or DT.
We only ran about 300, mostly a dark brick red and less than 10 Orange.
The Speed demon DTs fly like a broken in Spirit right out of the box. Once we get them up and running this spring we should be able to get some really straight flying ones.

If you like the overstableness of the older Speed demons I would stick with the spirits.

We will eventually add DT technology to all of our models.
The sabre and Hybrid will both emerge as bot Tee-birdisc!!!

I finally figured out how to throw an inferno and know i know what all the talk is about. I just throw in with a huge hyzer angle around 65 degrees and higer then my normal drives on a good drive with an inferno thier going around 450. The discs flight is awsome i love it now. you do need some space to bomb it though. and also what color of infernos are more stable.

Tim,
there is a run of hot pink we have at the shop that is from the latest run.
I was told by m Nikko and Boro that they are a bit beefier than other runs, but I haven't thrown them yet.

Billy ho, you get your box yet
??

Jarred, you coming up for the 2 c tiers?

Doink,
depending on the run either could be more overstable, the flatter the tops the more overstable.

Scooter,
We are going to make a RI-DT with a little beefier nose and thicker flight plate and are looking for a new name for it.

I really like the white RI-DT's its they fly like a cross between a Blurr and a rage. The other colors seem flippy in windy conditions.
What color are you throwing?

what is the difference in stability for the RI and the RI-DT? I have 2 RI that are orange and they are a little less stable than the pink Blurrs I had been throwing. I would think the RI-DT would be less overstable than the RI and that would put it close to the stability of an Inferno (Or I got two RI that are mutant) I threw them both and at 90-100% I was throwing them 25-30 feet high with just a little hyzer they were popping up flat at about 60 feet and slowly turning right to about 350 then slowly fading back to finish about the same line they started at 400+. I would call it a super fast long range stable driver.

Its all about cruise speed, if you dont have the arm to get the speed demon to "speed" then it will fly like a lawn dart. (this is why a flick is overstable, or why a wraith can be genuinely flippy for some, and overstable for others)

I have now thanks to Jared. He gave me a Spirt at the Ice Bowl yesterday and I played with it today, and I loved it. Finally a disc I can forehand roll, two finger with, and spike hyzer with. Thanks Jared.

The RI-DT I threw was more overstable then the regular one I threw. I think the RI-DT is like an Orc with a tighter flight path. In a tailwind it was really beefy and flippy in a headwind though.

Tim,
I had posted that depending on the dome of either disc, one could be more overstable than the other.
There are Spirits that are flat and made in Clear Urethane that even after 30 direct throws into a concrete wall, they are still overstable.
We didn't release them because they are so overstable that it makes your car pull to the left if its in the car!

Are there any left at the shop Dave? I know I threw a lot of stuff into a regrind box but I don't know about those. If so I may get one just to have.

Dave's right...I have a clear e-spirit in my car and it's always making my car hyzer into oncoming traffic.

if you couldn't release them, then i want one. always need more overstability for trick shots. love them tricksies.

frankly, i was hoping for more overstability when you sent me those super flat speed demons (still love 'em). if you can find any of those clear spirits, that might do it for me...

Belive me they aren't what you are looking for. 100ft max and no accuracy at all because you never know how they will skip.
