MSDGC's are both great dvd's to watch to get a feel of what the pro's do in a variety of situations, as far as intruction for form discgolfreview.com is a great website better than any book or video ive taken in. The best thing is try to play casul rounds with people who are better than you, you'll start to witness their course management and emulate their form and ideas.

Hard to believe that nobody has mentioned the 2 videos (and book) from Scott Stokely. They really helped me learn to throw when I was starting out. I definetly recommend them.
