I just put a couple of disc on Ebay that you collectors may be interested in. One is an early Avair, no patent imprint on the bottom. This disc is Mint and over 20 years old.

I won my first sanctioned advanced event. It was host of my first course I've ever played 6 years ago and still is my home course Dretzka Park host of the 2006 Greater Milwaukee Open.

Anyone else get there auctions for discs removed because you had frisbee in the listing??? Wham-O removed 3 of my auctions that said frisbee in it. What a shame. I had it listed as USDGC Roc disc golf frisbee. Oh well. That sucks.

take them to court. Whamo is still doing this since they technically still hold the patent on the word Frisbee, the only reason they still hold it is that they have never been to court over it. Frisbee has fallen in as a common term and there claim to the word will be void as soon as someone takes them to court and challenges it.

Can you immagine showing a picture of two people playing catch on the beach with a non whamo disc asking 25 people what they are doing? 25 of them will say playing with a frisbee, case closed gavel gavel e-bay here we go... They know there claim is no good a few years ago they sent cease and desist letters to several online retailers using frisbee in there website. Some of them shut up shop but most did nothing and Whamo will not pursue it becuase they know they have no leg to stand on.
