After Jerry Perez took home the $500 ace pot June 15th @ Rivery, the new current club member Sunday ace pot is $286 - must be current before we tee for me to pay you for an ace. 9:30 tee, please give yourself time to sign up before we tee. Ware started charging $1 every 5 minutes that you running late holds up the start. Remember - he runs over 100 mini's a year for us without getting paid, so leave 5 minutes early.

Congratulations on your first late charge. Now if you average $4 a week x 52 weeks in a Roth IRA = $208 a Year. 15 years @ 8% a year compounded = 6037.98 tax free in 15 years. Plus interest till you are 59.5 is even more.

What does this article mean? The entire park till Feb.?
Round Rock’s Old Settler’s Sports Complex to Close for $18.2 Million Improvement 7/18/2008 Newsroom Monday, the sports complex will close for renovations. Round Rock city council approved an issuance of $12.5 million in certificates of obligation in July 2007 to help fund the project. The city will also increase user fees to recover the cost. “We want the park to have a major league feel. We want the kids to feel like they are playing at a major league game. Phase II will focus on the spectator areas, including enhanced seating with larger metal shade structures, playgrounds at each complex, a championship field at each complex, concrete terraced bleachers, and what is called a “batter’s eye” out in center field. We will also add a tennis pro shop and restroom facility, as well as 300 additional parking spaces at the Rockin’ River Aquatic Center. Also some fields will have some minor modifications.” The city’s Parks and Development Manager, David Buzzell stated. A “batter’s eye” is a dark area on or above the middle of the centerfield fence that helps batters see pitches better, according to 123 exp-baseball.com. He says they are closing the park, to take safety precautions. They will re-open in time for next spring, February 2009. |

It should just be the baseball fields, not the rest of the park.....at least thats what i got from the news report on tv last week.......just the baseball fields.......should not effect us other than maybe having to go back over to 13/14 area to start and park......but not sure about that yet.....

LT sent an e mail to the City. I'd guess they mean the fields, but we'll see. Also checked on the **** project for resetting 15 & C.

Lets see how many of the HOTT players show up in the morn. It was HOTT out there. I hope we can get in a quick round, I have to go to SA right afterward. Then rest the leg till Wednesday. Heard Vinnie and Dale cashed. That is all I heard about.
