Message Board Time

i was looking at the time differential between actual time here (EST) and this website's time, and here is what it said at 12/2/05 at 1:29am --

where is the server?
is it MST?

and why is my time offset 2 hours and 23 minutes

crap, I thought this thread was gonna be about who spends the most time online. I was coming to collect my prize.
