Two days until the Timber Ridge Open. It's time for the TD to start getting silly on a friday night and calling out people from NC. That's right. Little skinny ole gimp broken hand whorley calling people out. C'mon you NC gods. All you have to do is have a valid NC driver's license and you know you're good. It's a gauranteed victory. I'm talking to all the NC pros who have never tasted victory in the Open division. I'm looking at you, I'm talking to you. C'mon. Anyone. Please grace us with your presence. No one in the history of VA has ever beaten anyone from NC. Everyone knows that. Don't make me name names. Those who are feeling their shirt collar get a little tight know who I'm talking to.

Virginia--We're basically donating our money! C'mon North Carolinians. It's a money geiser erupting--all for you. It's written in stone. You're better than us. We're not worthy. All we can do is hope you don't show.

It's just like SC. Easy money. You don't have to worry. We're your personal ATM.

Charlottesville should bring atleast 5 tomorrow! And yes we will be leaving early because of my procrastination. And yes, after the BRASS event at Walnut Creek today it seems we will be donating our money to the North Carolina pros as well I hope to be at the front of that slow line!

Yes, but I could have beat him if I would have thrown sidearm on all my drives.

Thanks Vince. You are the man.

Everyone needs to check out my scores and ratings. Contrary to popular belief, I was trying on every shot. Please make it stop. At this rate i'll be intermediate by the next ratings update. It's called deranking.

1) MTL, get your facts straight before making observations
2) Ratings and $.50 will get you a cup of coffee
3) Don't hate the playa, hate the system

Congrats, Frank. I'm proud of you.

It's funny. Many people are quick to call him bagger, (especially those who hide in the same protected division as he) but no one besides me probably congratulated him on shooting some of the best golf of his life.

I am calling him a bagger - he's been playing good and winning in advanced for a while.

However, I will send a congrats for a great day of golf - two very good rounds, no matter the division.

Daniel, John, Logan and Robert seem to have a problem with the PDGA competitive structure. I suggest that they should send their comments to the competition director of the PDGA. Frank didn't make up all these silly, protected divisions, the PDGA did.

You can never force a player to play pro. If he simply said I have no desire to compete for money, then that is fine.

He will eventually change his mind or get tired of winning.

well no matter how well frank did or didnt shot. il call him a bagger, but i also think he shot very well. i also want to send out a congrats to vince for running a great tourny. good job buddy!

but on the other hand, i thought that everyone at the farm on sunday were friends and could trust each other but apparently there were a few that could not be trusted. i do not know who would have done such a thing but someone stole money out of my wifes car. so to whom ever did this thank you, you are one hell of an individual. i also hope i find out who did it!!!

but to everyone else, i hope they had a great day playing disc golf

That is absolutely unacceptable and I won't rest until we hunt the bastard down. Money stolen at a farm in the middle of nowhere... hmmm. Sounds fishy. Must've been an inside job. I will do everything possible to help you hunt them down and find them. I'm sorry buddy. You and Tab don't deserve garbage like that.

Disgusting

VW, My round 2 score was entered incorrectly. It should have been a 77 instead of a 71. I suspect bad sharpie penmanship to be the culprit. And I posted here instead of sending an email to dispell all those conspiracy theories Josh Taft might be brewing up.

Wow. A Stephen Miller sighting. What's up buddy?

I need to congratulate Tony Toni Tone. One of my favorite people in disc golf and one of the best disc golfers in VA. He was due. The cream usually rises to the top at Timber Ridge.

He and Adam V (defending champ) battled back and forth on the back nine from what I understand.

I'd once again like to thank Jason, Daniel, Bonday, Hysell, my wife, Innova, Jay at Play-It-Again and all the others who made this event happen. In addition, I'd like to thank Mike R, Char, Mike D, Frank, Greg, Mitch, Dan H and anyone else who helped out on the course.

Thanks to Vince for opening up the farm for everyone to enjoy. Also big props go out to locals Jason Hair & Daniel Eubank for giving alot (all) of their time on Sunday to doing the sign-in/card/scores/payout. Don't miss the Am tournment at Appomattox Labor day weekend these 2 are putting on.

I really hate to hear about the possibility of theft Sunday, you just never know anymore do you?

True indeed, but since I am also friends with both said baggers from yesterday, I will pile on with the ridicule anyway. Bagger!
