Ok, here is a revision to my earlier post today.
SATURDAY!!!...SATURDAY!!!...SATURDAY!!! If you had planned on going to the Duff special at Mack Taylor than please go. I am not trying to take players away from his event even though the little weasel did get in early on scheduling and steal this weekend. j/k As many may know I have been trying to schedule the first nine pads poured at Chandler for some weeks now but due to snow, rain, other local events, or the threat of bad weather, I’ve had to postpone it. Now that we got a good weather weekend coming up we are going for it. If you are going to be in town and were not planning on playing Mack it would be greatly appreciated if you could come out on Saturday morning and lend a hand getting this done. We will do nine pads all together. The cement truck will be there at 6am. Yes I realize this is very early in the day but it’s all I could get scheduling this late. Our current core crew to have committed to be there at 6am are: Jerry Stacey, BVA, Gary Nail, Cris Hicks, Dave Wise, and myself. We really need about four or six more guys who can step up with the initial pour when the truck shows up. The pour should only take about 1-1/2 hours so if you want to play at Duff’s deal at Mack Taylor you will still be able to make it. We also need a few of those that aren’t doing “The Mack” to come out throughout the morning and afternoon to guard the pads and keep the vandals out. Even if you do play “The Mack” we could still use you in the afternoon after the mini for a couple of hours. Please don’t come out expecting to play the Moose because I will have barriers up and the baskets bagged and I will burn a hole in your head with my evil glare. For those that can make it by 6am we could use 1 more wheelbarrow to truck the cement to a few pads so if you can bring one please let me know. All pads have been scrapped by the park guys so no digging will be required. BVA and I will be out Friday afternoon to assemble and set the forms. I know its late notice and people might have things to do but I’m asking now for a few good volunteers to come out and help push this fine course closer to completion. If you think you can make it please post here or call me on my cell at 636-5704. If you think you might come over after Duff's deal then call me and I will let you know if we've got enough pad sitters. |

Thanks Coda Hatfield for sponsoring 2 more holes, another local pro that won't even be in town this weekend.....
Thats $180...and at most events that would equal an entire round...BUT NOT THIS WEEKEND. This weekend we're playing at MACK TAYLOR!!!! I want four more sponsors to step up and sponsor the DUFF GOLF shots....these are the game changers, 3 intense mini golf shots and the dreaded WITCHES ISLAND! I need something sweet for these holes. The mini holes because your gonna think that they are impossible, and Witches Island because you know it is!!!! Last edited by DoughDuff; May 07 2010 at 12:53 AM. |

What a great time we had at Mack Taylor park today!!! All about this game of disc that we are so addicted to, and alot was going on...22 $10. sponsored holes "all cash", Mass Tulsa bag tag challenge "with the #1 tag involved", Mini disc golf holes, rolling tee times on the alternate course....and of course we played a mini at one of the most challenging courses in Tulsa.
I had a blast---I want to thank everyone that attended but first I need to thank the people that allowed me to DUFF up this event: Dave Wise aka TWOPUTT..... Mike Conners "The Real MC"..... Brad H.O.I...... Paul Dorries..... Adam Hunt..... Coda Hatfield..... The LINE-Corey Leemhuis..... Scott Farley-Farley Chiropractic..... Greg Burns..... Dawn Santee..... Dynamic Discs..... Laura Burch..... and of course THE TULSA COUNTY PARKS DEPARTMENT (the park was and looked amazing)...you all rock, THANK YOU!!! I'll get scores up tomorrow and post all the ctp winners and who now holds the #1 Tulsa bag tag and who won the ace pot on a mini basket hole...I hope everyone had a good time today and has a Happy Mothers Day tomorrow!!! |

Saturday was a great warm up for me in preparation for "THE 2ND ANNUAL DUFF SPECIAL" coming up June 19th at Chandler Park...Several of these players deserve a huge THANK YOU from Myself, Furdog, the TDSA and anyone that plays on Furdog's Mountain...If you see any of the players below that Furdog sponsored (or tried to) thank them for their help at 6 am with the new tee pads at Chandler...here are the scores:
in the Pro division: Seth Cook 61 Dan Bougher 61 Paul Dorries 62 Sponsored by Furdog) Dale Patterson 63 Mike Conners 67 Penny 68 (Sponsored by Furdog) Gary Harrison 69 Drew Custer 70 (Sponsored by Furdog) Pro Masters: Dave Wise 61 (didn't except Furdog's Sponsorship) Jim Guerin 62 (Sponsored by Furdog) Tony Walker 68 Dave King 76 Billy Juby 77 Advanced: Corey Leemhuis 62 Barry Joe Rogers 62 Brad H.O.I. 65 (Sponsored by Furdog) Chris Hatton 66 Matt Shipley 67 (Sponsored by Furdog) Lee Joshua 68 Josh Cathey 71 (Sponsored by Furdog) Advanced Masters: Wayne Gregory 70 George Skinner 70 (Sponsored by Furdog) Bud Johnson 80 Amateur: Sean Gaither 71 Snake Skinn 72 Jordan Smith 75 2 Gunns Colberly 76 (Sponsored by Furdog) Jo Jo G 78 Ryan Nance 80 (Sponsored by Furdog) Novice: Ian Curran 74 (Sponsored by Furdog) Trent Chapman 80 Ryan Mays 86 (Sponsored by Furdog) The ace pot was won by Dan Bougher with a mini on hole 4b... We had 22 cash ctp's worth $10 each... (not all the cards made it home with me, but these did) Dan Bougher $50 Jim Guerin $30 Paul Dorries $20 Mike Conners $10 Dave Wise $10 Dale Patterson $10 Seth Cook $10 Jordan Smith $10 Drew Custer $10 ....6 others $10 ea. Almost half the people that played this event left with more than they paid to enter!!!! And Bougher left with about that much also!! If you enjoyed or missed this $10 a hole CTP event...Mark your calendars for the 19th of next month and keep your eyes out for the my flyers!!! This was also a mass tag challenge event...see the Tulsa Bag Tag thread for that update! Last edited by DoughDuff; May 11 2010 at 12:32 AM. |

I need some help........................................Tomorr ow during the day.
I need 2-3 guys to help unload my son's girlfriend's stuff into her apartment on Riverside. She will be on the bottom floor and all we have to do is unload the truck and carry it it. It shouldn't take more than an hour. I am willing to pay for your help in plastic money or what ever. This would be great for some of you younger single guys. She has a room mate and other friends moving into the same complex. You might just meet the girl of your dreams. Can any of you guys lend a hand? I will make it worth your while. I will post the time here in a little while. I will even be willing to put up my gold #6 tag at riverside after we finish. |

Okay, we're going to do this at 10:00am. It shouldn't take more than 1 hour, if that. We only have to unload some bedroom furniture and some personal stuff.
Please call me if you can help, like I said, I will make it worth your time. Thanks 918-232-8562 |

I can only help it's between 1-2:30, used to be a mover so it's not a big deal to me. Riverside is a great place to live, i had spent 5 years down there before moving out here by coweta. If your time changes let me know.
