I scored a sore knee, sore back and a real sore pride.

Mike, YOU, need to play this next year. Make plans, get some of the local guys and make the trip. The local players I met up there were great. You will not regret it, I promise and thats the same promise I made about Horseshoe.

If you like the sound of the courses in St Louis and wished you'd have gone this year.......................well don't wait, you now have another chance this year at
Mid Nationals

So if you thought you anted to go to Worlds but don't have a weeks vacation, then this may be your solution.

Check it out.

Only those that were there could understand.

Just ask Dan.

I'm just glad I was able to finish. On the last round we came by my truck with three holes to go. I told Dan, that if I go ahead and save my self the 3/4 mile walk for the last 3 holes and leave now, that he would be DFL. He asked me nicely not to do that to him.
besides, even DFl, I was having a blast.

It is kind of refreshing knowing you got your moneys worth, exclude the xtras, just on the courses . I am sure you slept very well when you hit your bed last night

THESE ARE THE BEST FOUR COURSES TO PLAY IN A TOURNAMENT. EACH COURSE IS A TEST TO YOUR SKILLS IN ITS SELF. ON THE FIRST DAY I ONLY HAD 1 BIRDIE...I HAD A FEW FIVES...ONE SIX...ONE SEVEN....WISE HAD A FEW FIVES....AND A FEW SIXES....ZERO 7'S...I TOLD HIM THAT MY ONE 7 JUST MADE UP FOR HIS SIXES (PLURAL)....AFTER THE FIRST ROUND THE ONLY THING I HAD TO PLAY FOR WAS DAVE'S MONEY....AND HIS TAG!
THIS WILL SURLY BE ONE THAT I WILL GO BACK FOR JUST TO SEE IF MY GAME IS GETTING BETTER EVERY YEAR. MIKE FRITZ AND HIS STAFF ARE GREAT AND THE EXTRA ADDED EVENTS FOR BASKETS AND FOOD ARE WORTH GOING FOR.

I saw Wise trying to play Blackhawk...

It looked mowed at least around 7 and 12. I didn't venture any farther..

Default ACTION - The Hake

I can't make the Pro/Am...wish i could though

Played 33 holes of ball golf tonight with K-Mack...for once i can say my total on the scorecard was lower than his

Haikey Creek is where it's at tomorrow. Kyle McClure called me and said he will be at Haikey Creek ready for some action. He specifically called out Dave Nicholson, said something about him not being a good putter and then some. The grass was cut a few days ago. Don't be skirrred.

I plan on playing 2 rounds if anyone is down. I should be there by 11:00-11:30. Bring a few bucks for side bets

we could possibly cook up some hot dogs for lunch

If you wait until 12:00-12:15 I can be there also. Drew has a game at Indian Springs at 10:45 and will be over right before noon.

I'm still laughing my [censored] off, every time I think about you rolling around in that ditch trying to stand up.

By the way, your claw marks are still there.

Yeah. What a great day. Show up and donate $5 to a bunch of long arms. Fall in the mud pit. And then donate another $5 for Big Dave's ace which I didn't even see because I was too busy wiping the mud off my butt.

Thanks for the invite buddy. ....If you're feeling lonely, I left my butt marks in the mud out there also.

I'm sure I'll have that look in a couple a weeks at Haikey. Plenty of snakes and mud but no mulch.
