For all of thjose that did not go to the SDGC Talequah goll weekend, well.....your loss.

What a blast. We played match play all weekend and floated on Saturday. Diamondhead treated us great (even after the County Sherriffs came to Naegele's matel room) and they have a fantastic little 9 hole course. If you're a lefty, you'll thinks its fantastic. 1st and 2nd were taken by lefties.

Thanks to Steve King for running the event. Next year make your plans to attend, the resort is fantastic.

Nothing to do with it?

You were the direct cause of it. You need a muffler on that mouth after a 12 pack.

Whats up with this tournamnet?
There have been no flyers, no sponors mention, no nothing.

Is this the way its going to be since Mr. Mendoza isn't running it?

This tournamnet is only 6 weeks away and we have not seen crap about it. I would hate to see one of Oklahoma's premier tournamnets go down the tubes due to no leadership.

Mr. Hickey, if you read this, please explain what is up with this tournamnet.

If I sound disgruntled, its because I am. Any tournamnet worth attending is announced and promoted waaaaay in advance of the actual date of the tournamnet and we have yet to see anything comming out of Stillwater about this one.

If you don't tell the players about it, trust me, they won't come.

Sorry, but it is what it is.

I won't be playing in it due to your brother's wedding but I'm sure there are many other players wondering about it.

Default First ACE

Matt Martin and I played Alternate shot doubles against Michael Conners and Billy Lund. They beat us by one -5 to -6. The best part of the match is that Matt Martin got his very first ACE on hole 15 (McClure). Way to go Matt. Your game is getting very good. Looking forward to this weekend.
