Wow! Only 10 Open players signed up for this event? With $1000 added, thats sounds like about $600 to first place to me.
BTW, poker at my house Saturday night shouldn't be a problem!

Should be a good one. I wish I could play! My son has a soccer game on Saturday morning. But, I will arrive shortly there after to enjoy this event as a volunteer and spectator! Looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend.

BTW, I may have to cancel the poker game Saturday night. Its my moms birthday, and my siblings and I are taking her out. Depends on what time I get home.

Bird, is this still going to be the set-up with blue/white alts and different pins?

Round 1 Orginal 18
Round 2 Back 9 Alt 9
Round 3 front 9 Alt 9
Round 4 Back 9 Alt 9

*** Alternate 9 will be Different then what everyone is a custom 2*****
***There Will Be two layouts, Blue alts, White alts, and all with different pins***

I just talked to Mike. He said this was the layout for the weekend.

Round 1 - Original Front 9/Alt 9
Round 2 - Original Back 9/Alt 9
Round 3 - Original Back 9/Alt 9
Round 4 - Original Front 9/Original Back 9 (aka original 18)

There has been no mention to my knowledge of playing different Alts. The Alts should stay the same all weekend.

Default Pins

We are using one set of tees and pins on the alt side we had another layout but would have been confusing so we are only using one thank all

Default Wilmington Peeps

i am not sure if everyone from wilmington knows this but the Beach to the Battleship Triatholon is running tomorrow and they are calling for delays on highway 17 in porters neck from 7:30 to 11 a.m. tomorrow. so plan accordingly. My freind is on the race set up team and he is telling me the right lane on 17 north will be closed to traffic. the race starts at 6:00 a.m. with the swim and then they start biking north up 17. so the fastest athletes shold be hitting our route around 8 or so.

Hey Dave, isn't there a bypass that goes around all of that?

Yes sir there is. i am planning on taking I-40 to the 140 bypass. it is still not as easy as jsut going up 17 but it will be less stress if the delay is bad.

The bike route actually uses the 140 bypass but they will be heading south on the other side of the road on that route. and you will also not have to cross thier path like you will on the 17 north route. they will be biking right over you as they use the exit while i cruise smoothly through 140 north

as early as we are going i don't think it will be a big deal but would hate for seomone to be late or miss out because of it.

Thanks for the info Dave! D*mn the triathletes and their physical fitness!!

A word to the dry fit fans... We just got in some sweet long sleeve DG Basics dry fits. We've only ordered a few of each size and have sold a couple already. Either way, we're introducing these for $20 this weekend, they'll be $30 once they're on our site. They're a great light weight long sleeve shirt.

We've got black w/stone trim and burgundy w/grey trim. Flossin'! Hit me up if you're interested in a steal of a price. I'll be somewhere between the first and the last card this weekend
