Griffin Park Open
April 29-30, 2006
1st annual Griffin Park Open
A PDGA B-Tier Event.

3 rounds of 18 and a final 9 for the top 4 Open players.

Directions: From I-35, east on Robinson St. (3.5 miles) and take a left on 12th Ave NE. Drive about a 1/4 of mile and take the left after the High Meadow street light. The pavalion will be the tournament headquarters.

Schedule:
Saturday
Players meeting at 8:30 a.m.
1st Round at 9:00 a.m.
2nd Round at 2:00 p.m.
Sunday
3rd Round at 9:00 a.m.

Note Field limited to 90 players - so register early!

The host hotel is going to be the Days Inn off of I-35 in Norman. $50 + tax for two beds and up to 4 players. Mention Griffin Park Open when reserving to get the discount. Only 14 rooms are blocked, so get em while they're hot.

... Players from all around the area should get into this Event & play ( before it fills up ) ... Griffin Park will "sharpen up" a lotta shots in your game ... it's kinda like "a little shorter , dryer version of Mohawk" ... lotsa blind alleys and neat pin positions ...

The field is limited to 90 players. Each player will play 3 rounds of 18 holes at Griffin Park in Norman. The top 4 open players will also play a final 9. Doubles will be a flex start beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Friday. Saturday registration will be from 7:30 A.M. to 8:15 A.M. unless the tournament is full. The rules meeting will start at 8:30 A.M. on Saturday morning.

3:00 - Dark = Flex Start Doubles (BYOP)

Saturday, April 28th
7:30 - 8:15 = Tournament Registration (if needed)
8:30 - 9:00 = Players Meeting
