Disc golf in Nashville TN

I will be travelling to Nashville (actually Brentwood) for work the week of 6/6.
I see there are a few courses in the Nashville area.
Are there any weeklies I might join?
Which course should I visit if I have limited time?

I would suggest Seven Oaks and Cedar Hills they are pretty wooded like NorCal courses.
