. ... this score flexed-around between lead-changes quite a bit ... the Final Scores were : David Wise = 65 ... WINNER Charlie Chung = 66 Corey Leemhuis = 67 Wayne Forest = 68 Doug Duff = 69 ... some pure craziness , and hilarious results for some of those "attempted-flights" ... all participants earned a Poker-Chip for their challenge ... the Big Winner will be the Food Bank , which added $102. into the Tulsa Ice Bowl ...

… allow me to enunciate on this subject … being known as “long-winded” ; and being a “Forest” ; I guess that means I’ll exfoliate on the Details …
. … announcing : another Crazy , Nutcase-type Contest of Skill(?) and Daring(?) on top of FurDog’s Mountain Preserve : . … “Balls and Baskets” is another Challenge-Match for Charity pitting us Disc-Golfers against each-other AND the-appointed-choice-of-weapons … namely : Soccer Balls , Footballs , and Golf Balls … at-this-point , we must give Credit where Credit is due … this brainstorm is the concoction of the-one-and-only King-of-the-Mountain : FurDog … he spins out these “brain-droppings” ; and I energetically bring-them-to-life … AND , this particular dose of lunacy will feature TWO separate Challenge-Matches on two different Courses … each one can accommodate 5 Players-entered … more stuff typed-up later …

SUNDAY , Jan. 8 : Two Challenge Matches ...
… the first Challenge will tee at 11:00am on Moose Run … each Player carries three weapons : a soccer-ball , a football , and a golf-ball … from Tee pad to Basket , it is completely their choice for which-to-use … they can propel these items by human power only … by foot or by hand … nothing by artificial means … No clubs, bats, or extensions …the Hole is completed and scored once they have one of these at-rest in-the-Basket (lower tray) … other conditions that apply :
… a “contact Ace” is possible … if any throw from concrete-tee-pad strikes the Basket anywhere from top-to-bottom (including lower-pipe) ; that is a hole-in-one … on 2 special-holes-on-Moose , number 1 and 4 , this would include the brick-and-stone-structure … hitting those is good on tee-shot-only … … any-other-shot from fairway or putt must come-to-rest INSIDE the Basket to complete the Hole … … if you lose one-of-your-Balls (probably the little-golf-ball) ; you must re-throw from your last position … that would cost you a 1-stroke-penalty ; and you would only have two balls to finish with … … Playing a Disc-Golf Course with No Discs ? … does that sound different ? … sound wild ? … sound zany and dumb ? … sound like something you’ve never-seen-before ? … sound like too much FUN ? … YES , to all the above … . … each 18-Hole Challenge Match can have 5 individuals entered … . … the first Match : Moose Run at 11:00am : already has 4 entered … each one earns another Poker-Chip : John “Gumby” Barton Charlie Chung Wayne Forest Doug Duff … contact Forest if you want in on this nuttiness for Charity …

Since this is a charity event this $5000 hole-in-one will earn the individual that makes it $5000 and the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma will get $5000...... 2012 is the year that someone gets this $$$$$
