Hey, the 10 footers were no problem. It was the 9 footers, 11 footers, and beyond that gave me trouble.

I believe i might have a chauffeur next Wednesday, so look out! Nothing like the combination of 8 CFOs and a brand new putter! Could be a new course record! heh

18 holes, signup at hole 13

Sign up by 4pm, flex start 3:45-4, last card tees at 4

Format: it only makes sense that for the next 2 weeks we play Match play (4 man cards, 6 hole matches against other 3 card members, payout per card, $9 first, $3 second); if there's an odd #, then the card with the odd # of players plays SKINS with similar payout).

Powling......i'll bring coals.

Vinnie said 'basket' not 'brisket', ha

Reminds me of when i camped at Lake Whitney a few weeks ago. I was the model citizen, an ice chest full of steaks and chicken to smoke that night and the next......as we pulled into the park I conscientiously asked the gate attendant if I could cook with charcoal in either the park provided grills or my own covered one....thinking the ban didn't extend to that. "No" was the answer. And like a good citizen, I followed the ban, saving my food till I got back home and resigned to eating sandwiches.

Meanwhile, the guys in the spot next to us on the 2nd night, after we'd eaten our 2nd meal of sandwiches, proceeded to light their grill and cook fresh hog meat that one of the guys had killed with bow/arrow a little ways away from the campgrounds.

Moral of the story: if you don't ask, you didn't know it was against the rules.

ok update from city..i will bring computer for powling and some chicken noodle soup.. can someone bring some bowls and spoons?

Yes, the grills that are at the park can be used. Be sure to watch the news for any changes or alerts regarding grilling. We also ask if you plan to grill, if you could have a water jug or extinguisher close by.

Any basket will do.....as its really not about the powling its the hanging out and seeing all the side bets and smack talk that goes with it, not to mention hot food and cfo's..so if we have to use your cloth basket, so be it.....GO KRUNK ROCK!!
