Stockholm Discgolf Open, July 10-11, 2010

The registration for the 32nd Stockholm Discgolf Open will begin in a few weeks, in the beginning of January.

SDGO is a A-tier Eurotor event and will be played just a few days before another big Swedish event: the majors event Scandinavian Open.

The registration for SDGO 2010 has now opened.

Two thirds of the field is now full; 145 players. With registrations in progress (players that have registered, but we have not received the payment yet) the number is 193 players.
The field is limited to 216 players.
The list with registered players will not be updated for one week.

We have a very big interest for the tournament and have now 203 players that have got a place in the field. The field is limited to 216 players.

Right now we have one spot reserved in the Womens division, eight Wild Cards in the Open and Master divisions and four Wild cards in the remaining divisions (including Women)

We have also received payments from 28 players that are on the waiting list. These players and also players that have not signed up yet, have still a chance to get a spot in the field. There are almost 6 months to the event so there will be deregistrations, but we do not know how many there will be or when the deregistrations will occur. Another possibility to get a spot in the field is to get one of the 12 wild cards.

We do also have 37 players that have registered but not paid yet or were we have not received the money yet. To be fully registered in the field or on the waiting list we must have received the fee.

Totally there are 268 players that have signed up !

We will release all remaining wildcards on the 15th of May. After that the only chance to get a spot in the tournament will be if another player deregisters.

We don't have any Sr Grandmaster division in SDGO, but we have 13 Grandmasters registered.

After Saturdays play Nikko Locastro is in the lead with -17, 5 throws ahead of David Feldberg who has -12. Best Swede is Markus Källström who has -11, so it's very tight in the top right now.
