They are shipping to dealers today. Realistically, they will be available to individuals by next Monday.

Dave,
I have a question re: Star TL: I have been having a lot of trouble finding these with flat flight plates.(ie. all the star TLs I have seen recently have fairly domey flight plates) Has the mold been tweaked? different materials used resulting in more dome as they cool?.......if you know a good source to find some flat ones that would be great. thanks, PK |

As for where to get one you like; I don't really know, but you could try Mark at discgolfvalues.

Star for sure, Pro too possibly, but I am not sure about Champion. Very hard to run Champion in higher weights of Cheetahs.

I second that, tested mine out a little this morning, so straight! I will be adding one of these to the bag, dead straight line on the first throw. recommend trying one of these!

It kinda is, except you can really put some power behind these Yetis. It is crazy how pure stable they are. I liken it to that perfectly beat roc in putter form.

Griffin was approved in 93, but the double ring stamp came later, was it 97-98?

The Ape is the Boss analog of the XCaliber. Same speed as the Boss. Same stability of the Xcaliber. My testing appears to show stability, but not much over stability. It seems to have a much longer straight flight than we thought it would. Kind of like a very long TeeBird.

I am sure someone has probably asked before about a Teebird +, but I have been unable to find a reference.
So, can you tell me what the (+) means as far as the difference between it and a regular teebird? Thanks in advance.

is this going to be a production disc? the "Ape" and why not a cool name like a
"Silverback Gorilla" now that disc would sell off the shelves, on name alone, imho ;-) |

The + mold has a little beefier rim for those that like that feel. The + is easier to make in heavier weights without weighting agents. All the TeeBird molds fly essentially the same. Different molding times and materials would make more difference than the particular mold.

How bout a future speed 14 disc like a road runner on steroids called the "Pterodactyl" ? and the "Silver Back" would be a great disc name |

On a serious note Dave... i love the rounded flight plate ( is that the part im talking bout? the rim) like on a roadrunner. can you put that convex bottom on a Boss wide rim and get a longer Road Runner?
