Any most overstable Z-Avenger-colour?
Are glo or Fly-dye more overstable? Much difference between Z-Avenger and Z-Crush? |

The Z Crush is faster than the Avenger and should give you more distance. I would keep your release angles the same though, the stability of the two are pretty close.

Hey for Christmas my buddy gave me a sparkly day glow z magnet 2001 seasons greetings disc. He thinks it was one of the first z discs that he can ever remember seeing. It is pretty cool, just wondering if anyone can tell me about it.
Also I got a uv mini with the old school discraft logo that is pretty cool too. Kent |

does anybody out there have an answer for me?
I'm a five year player who still carries a storm and stratus because the discs are easy to throw as a get out of trouble disc, ( I'm in trouble a lot).I would also like to find a Z stratus. |

Z Stratus was never made.
The Storm is no longer on Discraft's order form in any plastic. Don't know when they were last done.

I still think Discraft should reintroduce the disc as an Ace Race.......and see it take off. I still think the Storm was one of the best discs Discraft ever made and the guys who throw them....LOVE THEM.....nothing is as straight or long in the current DC lineup as the STORM.

They never replaced it......although the Hornet is a similar mold when it comes to feel but flies much more overstable.

Discraft produced ESP Stratus's in black for the PDGA membership disc. I have 3 of them, and they are nice and stiff. Only ones ever made that I am aware of. Great disc.

I've got a Limited Edition 03' Elite-X Buzzz that's a Christmas stamp and was wondering if this was the same mold used for the First Run Z Buzzz.
Thanks for any info

Same mold, but it came out alot different. The Z Buzzz's were flat, the X has a dome and is less overstable.
For me, the Z Buzzz requires alot of power to get a straight flight with no fade. That X Buzzz is alot easier. I love them. Only two colors were done, red and green. The green are pretty rare (except in my basement! Thanks, Keith).

i might have asked this before but don't remember...
the nebula! why was it never put into regular production? my wife uses a 170 nebula as her putter. last weekend we went out and were throwing upshots. she can b-line it for about 200' and will probably start doing so during competition. now she is worried about losing hers. any chances of it being made again?

Probally not a big demand for it and the top Pros aren't using it.
I've wonder this about some of innova's discs too. I think alot of it is that the top pros dont use a mold and not a big demand then they dont produce many. Try the traders forum for some |

I just picked up two new 150 Z-flicks ... glad to see they're back in Z plastic again!
Haven't thrown them yet, but have one observation: The clear one is really flat just like they've always been. The pink one is domey though. Has anyone run into domey flicks of any kind? |

Does anyone have any info on the E. Biffle series discs?
I have what I believe is an express with a stamp called Ekoostik Hooka... says inflightsports.com in stamp also. He was the guy that did alot of Grateful Dead album art. |

Wondering if you could give me a little help with setting up my fairway driver lineup.
Right now I'm throwing Avengers and Stalkers as fairway drivers. I was told the avenger is the closest thing to a PD in big D's lineup. So far I'm thinking the surge is the closest thing to a PD, but has more left to right movement. So I'm setting my sights a little lower for the Avenger, does it make a good Teebird replacement distance and stability wise? Furthermore, the Stalker may not be for me. I like it a lot but I'm thinking that beating up some XL's may help me out a bit more since they act as a more stable, faster leopard. Would that be too much overlap if I switched from Stalker Avenger to XL Avenger for my fairway drivers? Finally, could you relate the Tracker for me to something? It seems to have less glide than a TL but it mimics its flight path. Am I right about this? Thanks, Trey |

I have had limited experience with the XL, but have found it to be between the Leopard and TL, so I think carrying both would compliment each other well. I would recommend the ESP XL, but if you want a little more turn out of it go for the X-XL. The Tracker is more between the Eagle-X and Banshee. It will fight some wind like the Avenger, but lack of glide, and being slightly slower will hurt you on distance. |
