i've got a bag of coals in the Tahoe, Ed we can combine if we need to, or save one bag for next week.

I can't make the start time even at 4:30 (dang meetings!) but I will be there around 4:50. Ed, if you are missing the mini too, look for me when u get there.

I'll pick up some Salsa on the way.
