Wanted to let everyone know, My band will be playing at Lucky's(across from Long Leaf Mall)on Friday night. We will be playing second from last which means we will take the stage some time between 11:30 and midnight. I hope to see some of you there!

Just wanted to say thank you for the strong showing from Wilmington at our Ace Race Saturday. Congrats to Christian on a second place showing in the Ace Race and to Scuba for win in the doubles afterwards. He and Byrdman had a strong round. I am glad that we were able to put this on and for the support that you send our way. I hope to see you all at the Castle!!!

Got the word last night....Christian Carey Coursey (Triple C) born on 9-8-09, coming in at 8.5 lbs. Mom and baby are fine and Christian is tired. No other details yet although I heard that the kid is already shaving and has a mean elevator putt.

I am missing one of my Ace Race Disc that we were tossing around on Saturday after the monthly.If anyone has it or sees it out on the course please return it to me I did not have my name or number on it,but it does have my PDGA number on the top 6802.

There will be a costume contest and other festivities including drink specials. I hope to see some of you there!

Just an FYI. The PDGA has changed how they send and receive "PDGA Official" tests.

I sent in a request yesterday to order an officials test. It was 10 dollars plus almost another 10 in shipping and handling.

I just got a call this morning from them and they said they now email them and recieve them back electronically. Thus, eliminating the shipping and handling charge.

I'm just gearing up to hopefully volunteer for the US womens championship in Jacksonville next year.

Who else is in?

Glad you found that out. i took mine online 3 years ago and it only cost me $10.00. The great thing is as long as your membership stays current so does your offcial's status. Good luck buddy and remember it is open book:-)
