1st permanent course in Montreal is now open !

This signifies a new chapter in the development of disc golf in Montreal - a 12 basket course was installed at parc Ignace Bourget on September 24th, 2009!

Thanks go to several South-west borough elements (the city and the recreational center) for believing in this innovative project in Montreal and for listening and guiding the ADGM throughout the process, from the first meetings right up to the final installation at the park.

Thanks also to Innova Disc Golf and to PDGA Canada for their major financial contributions toward the purchase of the materials needed for the course.

And of course, thank you to the ADGM members, volunteers and disc golfers, without whom this would not have been possible.

The official inauguration date for the course has not yet been determined, but the course is available for play as of now. Good golfing to one and all!
