Default Ignorance

2 stroke penalty for an ignorant comment since it is non sanctioned and playing with people who live in Tulsa that represent the the integrity of Tulsa Disc Golf. I would rather take the strokes that create the feeling of dis honesty. Strokes or Bad rep for our sport in Tulsa. I can communicate either message you choose.

seems to me like you really shot a 44 and you're just trying to make it look like you won the last riverside mini of the season

It's time to dust off this old thread because we are having a mini tomorrow at Riverside, 1:00.

I will be there early to start sign-ups. The weather should shape up by tee time so if you can come on out..

See you there..

FROM TREAT ON A DIFFERENT THREAD:

I asked Wayne to list it that way since I am planning on a slightly higher entry fee, a few mullies included to benefit the Ice Bowl.

Not sure of the price yet but I will post it soon. It won't be much higher than a normal weekend mini..

Mostly trying to up payout a little and help the Ice bowl..

Default Riverside Special

Ok, I guess I better decide what I want to do Sunday at the river. I listed this mini as "special".

My idea is to boost payout a little and get a few mully $$ for the Ice Bowl.

So here is what I am thinking:

Ams - $10.00 ** $2.00 to TDSA, $6.00 payout, $2.00 for Ice Bowl

Pro - $20.00 ** $2.00 to TDSA, $15.00 payout, $3.00 Ice Bowl.

Everyone will get 4 mulligans included in their entry. I will have a couple of special CTP's.

I am putting everyone in the Ace Pot for free, $1.00 each. I think the ace pot is over $100.00 so that's not a bad deal.

The weather is supposed to be warmer, around 32 degrees anyway.

Come on out, support the Ice Bowl, take a shot at some free CTP's and the free ace pot.

Tee time is 1:00, I will be there early for sign-ups.

I went and checked out the course, front 9 tee pads are perfect.

I didn't have a cap so I didn't look at the back but I ASSuME they are clear too.

The temperature forecast keeps inching warmer, hope to see you there..

One of the FREE CTP's is a 2010 USDGC Champ Roc!!

The forecast looks great, relative to what you have been playing in..

See you there..

Thanks to everyone who made it out. The weather was really nice and that is coming from a guy who doesn't care much for the cold.

We had 27 players. Raised $100.00 for the Ice Bowl, which mulitplies several times for the Food Bank.

The money was raised:

Pro's $45
Am's $24
Brad Zimmernam $20
Crowl/Wilkes $ 5
TD add $ 6
Total $100

Thanks to everyone who threw in some of their winnings..

We had two free CTP's. A 2010 USDGC San Marino Roc, won by Snakeskinn, and a bottom stamped Star Xcalibur, hand picked from the east coast Innova factory by yours truly, won by Taylor Sears.

I put everone in the Ace Pot for free, but no one hit it.The new ace pot is $122.

Results:

Pro-
JOSH CROWL 41
KYLE WILKES 41
TAYLOR SEARS 43
CODA HATFIELD 44
PAUL DORRIES 45
SETH COOK 60
JAMES PATTON 999

Pro Masters-
DAVE WISE 46
BILL PENNINGTON 47
DAN BOUGHER 48
TONY WALKER 999

Pro Grandmasters-
BRAD ZIMMERMAN 52
MIKE TREAT 59
BUD JOHNSON 59
WAYNE GREGORY 60

Advanced:
BRIAN KUMMERS 47
CHRIS HATTON 54
BRANDON PEAK 57
DOUGH DUFF 58

Advanced Women-
SARAH SLANE 54
TERESA DUFF 67
ALYSSA MERRITT 68
