The top 20 Men and Women as of July 2009 have been posted on the World Rankings page. http://www.pdga.com/WorldRankings

Nate Doss and Val Jenkins sit atop the rankings with Worlds starting Tuesday. The full lists will be available at links on the bottom of that page later today. The rankings changes were simply based on the ratings update since May. No new Championship events have been contested since then. But with Worlds about to start, several World Ranked events will occur in the next three months.
