Roger Koenigseder is starting a weekly Night Golf at Tilles, Flip Dubs on Tuesday Nights starting on Aug. 21st

For right now, we will be trying to gauge interest and play will be free and casual, if it develops well, it might become an optional pay to play with prizes/cash payouts

it will be a round of 18 holes, flip for partners at 7:30pm

Tilles is fairly well lit for night rounds, glo sticks to tape to disc will be available

There should be a pretty good turn out. I have talked to about 6-8 golfers that are pretty good that do not usually play much around here anymore. With them and the usuals we should have a pretty good game. I am looking forward to it.

Lotta fun last night, 15 players, basically very casual, played 9 while still daylight, took a good 20 minute break, everyone got their glo on and the shorter 9 hole alternate tee's during dark........

Will definitely be looking to make it a regular event with a low entry to provide some payout

Hot round was 12 down with Super Dave and Matt Spain

It'll be Koenigseder's Full/New/Half/Quarter/No Moon Mini's, depending on the moon cycle of that time

We'll be looking at doing them weekly except for the 2nd Tues. of the month (Club Meeting)

It's official, this will be an ongoing weekly thing

doubles night golf format at Tilles weekly on Tuesday nights, 7:30 flip/draw doubles

1st, 3rd and 4th Tuesday of the month

2nd Tuesday is the club meeting

$5 per player ($3 to payout, $1 to an ongoing ace pot, $1 to WAFDA)

You'll have to use a glo stick or lighting device on your disc being thrown, we can't stop play for everyone to look for lost disc

Tilles is fairly well lit but the light on the disc will be much easier

I have maybe 20 some odd glo sticks that will be free this coming tuesday night (Sept. 4th)

in the future WAFDA will be able to sell them for $1 ea. or bring your own

buying them from WAFDA will strengthen the club's funds and the activities and things that WAFDA is able to provide

Nice turn out of 13 players for our first "official" Tilles mini,

the new rule is a glo stick is given upon paid entry, additional sticks are $1 ea.

No mini next week, WAFDA club meeting is that Tues., location and time will be announced in the next day or two

yes, it's a monthly, more payout and we'll be doing some extra things such as free merchandise ctp's, ect.....

Ace Pot is seeded to start at $100

Ben Geren will have a seperate but also $100 seeded Ace Pot for its monthly

we're just trying some different approaches to see how/if it works to increase attendance, been doing BG weeklies for almost a year, 59 people have attended in that time yet our true average attendance is 6-8 players a week

we'll see how it goes and adjust if needed

It is a short arm course and watch out I've melted all of my Aviars and remolded them into Rhynos..........next year I think I might move up to Advanced, well really kinda sideways into Advanced
