I'm just hoping for Syracuse to win a game or 2 this year and be City-wide champs... we can work our way up to National Champs maybe someday

3 best teams- USC, GA, OK (in some order)

most likely championship game- OK vs the Luckeyes despite USC waxing OSU early in the year.

I find myself in a weird place this year. I was born in WV and have respect for the hometown boys. My heart is in the Big House, I've been a Michigan fan my entire life. Most of my family back home hate me now because of the Rich Rod situation. Most of you will slam me because of the App State situation last year. All that said, I live in Georgia and have for 25 years now. I hate UGA and the SEC, but I think UGA will win a National Title this year.

I also thin that USC and the Pac-10 are way over rated. USC has been the powerhouse for years. Finally some of the other teams are doing some recruiting and keeping up with those boys. As usuall they will be the pre-season #1 and as usual they will find themselves in the Rose Bowl and not playing for a National Title, they just aren't good enough.

Let the slamming commence.

Looks like it's Upset Weekend in the NCAA:

#1 USC loses to Oregon St.
#4 Florida loses to Ole Miss
#3 Georgia currently getting spanked by Alabama

Default Red River Battle?

Red River Battle? Who cares about that when there is the Heartland Trophy on the line between Iowa and Wisconsin!

Seriously I've got Texas by 5, 33-28. Colt McCoy, IMO, is the best player in College Football.

Talking

I'm not jumping on the Iowa bandwagon just yet, but Boise State being ranked higher than Iowa in the BCS standings is a crock!

Iowa got no love from the Human Polls because of a close win over Northern Iowa (who has since gone on to set the world on fire in their division) & NW Arkansas. Iowa is 3rd in the computer polls. I'd love to see an Iowa vs Texas matchup of the undefeated teams in the Rose Bowl! First things first, lets get Michigan State. They've beat Iowa like 8 times in a row in East Lansing

My Spoilermakers came through last weekend! Let's see if they can get a multigame winning streak, for the first time this season.

Exclamation

5 picks today for Stanzi...and IU scores only 10 points off 6 turnovers...if Iowa were playing even a slightly better opponent this wouldn't even be close.

A win is a win is win. Dude had ICE in his veins! I am so glad I was camping this weekend and didn't get to see the game. I heard the score on the radio with 10 minutes left in the 4th Quarter ... Iowa down 24-14. I was reserved to the fact that the dream season was over. I litterally went to the bathroom, drank a beer, and came back to check the score and we won 42-24. There's magic this season at Kinnick Stadium!

I'm just glad I was playing and didn't get a chance to watch it. Oh well, still a better season than anyone could have predicted. Now just beat OSU next week, get the Rose Bowl, & handle your business against Oregon.

At least YOUR team hasn't shown the ups and downs to beat BOTH OSU and Michigan this year, but lose to Northern Illinois.

Shoot, the way those defenses played, I'd put Boise St or TCO against anybody in the country on a nuetral field. Especially with weeks to prepare. I think Boise St is the only school to defeat 2 FBS conference Champs (Oregon & TCU).
