Both methods of attack are used by top pros. Most top pros use stable discs as they are more consistent in varying wind conditions, rather than either method. Anhyzer attack is easier to get distance with, and is generally more consistent, but takes wider fairways than hyzer flip methods.

Makes sense to me, so stable disc being t-bird, tee rex, what about star fire, is the new star teeebird tl considered stable, I will look on the innova site to but nice to hear it from the teerex's mouth.

Star Firebird and FL are both stable type discs and can be thrown anhyzer. The Star TL is slightly unstable and more suitable for hyzer attack.

By far, the most important part of any shot is what is happening in the last split second as the disc is pulling itself from your grip. Focus there. It's the key.
