www.earthoffice.net/discgolf/coursedirectory.php and pick the Cedr Hill link from the list of courses on the right side of the page. then choose the beaver or coyote layouts... i am starting to wonder if you played a mix of the courses.
to answer your disc question, you should investigate Discraft's Glide for sure. their Status also could work for you. the Glide is a mid range with an amzing amount of distance. this makes it incredibly useful for the shorter courses with tight lines like the coyote. the Breeze is also a good turnover disc, although some players outgrow it quickly.
