The very last run of CE was the clear stuff, all prior runs were opaque...so your leopard is of the last run.

On the '01 Dubs CE Valk look for flashing around the edge and visible concentric circles all over the top, these characteristics put it in the first to third run. Second runs are obvious because they were the super-overstable flat-tops. Also if its a pastel shade of blue than it's definately a fourth run (or "taffy" plastic).
