discman, you might want to get with Innova if your bag came apart as you stated. I think it was on the "Ask Dave D." thread in equipment a couple other people had similiar complaints and Dave D. addressed them individually with replacement or credit towards the redesigned bag. You should probably contact him directly through his thread because he does a great job of standing behind his products.
