If you plan on using Quadshoks, you really should try to get a bag that has two pockets. That way you can mount the straps in the preferred way using the pull tab loops found near the zippers of most pockets.
Other than that I stil have my Discraft (deluxe or Tourney) bag. It's my "local course" bag. No need to carry a bunch of drivers or back-up discs when you're playing J-town.
