Default Re: ideas on a bag

The Gateway Starter bag is a great choice if you don't want to carry much. It's tough, waterproof, and a steal at $20. You don't get much in the way of frills, but between the bottle-holder, the putter pouch, the zip pocket, and the mesh scorecard/mini pocket, you can carry pretty much everything you need. I use a cheap carabiner to attach my towel to the strap. I think the Gateway site lists the Starter bag's capacity as 6-7 discs, but I've had no problem carrying 9, and you can cram in up to 11. Gateway was selling a Starter bag, Wizard, and Sabre package for $30, including shipping, for a while. Most people will probably want more capacity for tournaments, but if you're looking for quality, simplicity, and value, I strongly recommend the Gateway Starter bag.

No, I don't work for Gateway.
