… and while we’re on the subject of your Annual Club Elections ; here are your particulars … the 2012 Ballot will be set for four (4) Administrator positions to be elected … ANY TDSA Member (current) can be elected for those volunteer positions of service to your Club … from whatever number-of-candidates are printed-on-the-ballot (plus write-in spaces) the current Membership will have the duty of voting for 4 of-those-names to serve … there are 2 ‘incumbents’ choosing to run again for re-election in 2012 :

… a small-number of actual printed-ballots will circulate to out-of-state Club Members ; as well as some Members who cannot attend the Picnic/Election and wish to vote … those will probably be sent-out by October 12 … these ‘absentee’ ballots will be e-mailed back in to either Steve Ward or Michael Treat (not sure which yet) … so . . . Man , Woman , or Child : if you are a current TDSA Member and want to serve your Club further , notify any Administrator (or TD) of your wishes …
... you can be printed on the Ballot ; and get-started putting chickens-in-every-pot and kissing babies …
