Tournament value is almost always subjective... I've played in AM events where players packs and payout was little to nothing... but the venue was well worth the price.
I don't have a complaint per se regarding the 2012 World Championships... I just want to see the books. As a voting member, and if they are truly a 501.C.3 then I do believe their books have to be made available.
Georgia allows voting members access to minutes and accounting
