I noticed recently the newer KC pro plastic is softer than what I'm used to. Is that by design, or are you at the mercy of your plastic suppliers, as they change formulas to cut costs, for example? Have you ever thought about opening your own plastic manufacturing facility so you can control the formulation directly?
