All I know is that what I was told and what I understood is that
If you were not a invited player you must wait till the may1st open
Registration date no matter if it fills or not. That way people
That are invited will have first choice on the waitlist. Then after
May 1st it is first come first serve basis. I knew about 10 people
That had to wait and I would hope that they will stick to the criteria
Set for all to follow. If not, then it really wouldn't be fair to those who
Followed the rules.
