My question is, Discraft makes a disc called the flick which in the 150 class has fight characteristics which I can not find in any Innova lineup disc.
Are there plans to make a similar style disc with a flat top and not so redicuous wide rim underneath. I have your monster which seems to be the closest but the weights are way off.
I did read somewhere[perhaps this thread] that the ape may be in star 150 class weight, any more info on this disc release date? That disc may quench my thirst for a utility meat hook at slower speeds.
Also I have not seen any retailer online [I went to close to 10 online retailers] have the 158g vulcans and other very low weights until recently as advertised did something happen in testing which you may have recalled them? Or were they included in a second production run as only higher weights I have seen were available.
Sorry for the multiple questions.
We have run Vulcans as light as 158g, but the plastic doesn't always cooperate to go down that low. I believe we are making 160gm of late. The Ape will not go down to 150 class in Star. I believe the Flick is a mid 50s disc, but we don't have anything quite that light except some very flat Firebirds we made recently. Monsters won't get that light.
