But you realize that all TDs have "Chuck's Conclusions" as required reading in the sanctioning doc so they would end up with the same answers?
Seriously, if you think someone would come to a different conclusion from reading the rule, then I'll make sure to get it to the RC for the Q&As which will be official at some point.
