So, what weight do discs generally come out at?
Meaning no or hardly any weighting agent.
Do all discs have some amount of "agent"?
Is the agent spread uniformly across the disc's plastic?
Does this "agent" affect the set-up of discs or make them harder of softer?
So many questions.

Good questions, but some are too difficult to cover here, such as the first two.
The generic weight of any disc depends mainly on the mass of the mold and the specific gravity of the plastic. Weighting agents, (which are usually metal salts) are added in various degrees to achieve various weights over the generic weight. The weighting agents are mixed in to achieve a relative uniform density. Yes, the weighting agent does affect the set-up of discs and usually makes them harder.
