I did hear a rumor once Discraft offered to sell thier device? If they do them by hand, Id not only be suprised, but impressed at thier quality control.
We actually contracted out to three different places to make one, but they all came up empty. Meanwhile several of our molders got good at trimming by hand. The problem with that is not everyone is good at it, so the trimming suffers at times. I would love to have an automatic trimmer at each of our machines, but don't know how to get one.

By far, the most important part of any shot is what is happening in the last split second as the disc is pulling itself from your grip. Focus there. It's the key.
