The Pro Rhyno and the JK were the first R-Pro discs essentially. Some R-Pro is a little stiffer and some a little softer. Some feel a little stiffer or softer due to the structure of the disc.

What quality are you looking for?

By far, the most important part of any shot is what is happening in the last split second as the disc is pulling itself from your grip. Focus there. It's the key.
