New Hanover County Parks Meeting
Guys i have recieved an e-mail from the County Parks Department about an important meeting taking place next week. the details are below and i would love a little turnout of Disc Golf enthusiasts to show our presence. i will be there for sure. Holla with any questions.
Meeting Information
The annual meeting with our New Hanover County athletic organizations will be held at
6:00 P.M., on Tuesday, January 26, in HR Training Room ‘B’, in the NHC Government Center. (The meeting should last about 1.5 hours.)
Please plan to attend. If you received this and are no longer the appropriate contact for the organization, please forward this to that person and let us know who you forwarded it to.
This meeting is MANDATORY for all athletic groups planning to conduct their program on facilities under management by the New Hanover County Parks and Gardens Department. Please be sure someone from your organization is in attendance. Some of the topics we will cover include:
• ANNUAL CONTRACTS
• SCHEDULING OF ATHLETIC FIELDS
• SCHOOL FIELDS
• ATHLETIC FIELD MAINTENANCE
• CONCESSION STANDS AND FOOD SERVICE
• PARK PLANS
