There are two conflicting descriptions. Stingray top and Innova bottom means nothing. Roc top with Stingray wing could be one of two different discs. Aurora or DGA Pro for one, and potentially a rarer disc that I don't recall the name of that was similar to a second generation Hammer without a bead.

By far, the most important part of any shot is what is happening in the last split second as the disc is pulling itself from your grip. Focus there. It's the key.
