Sam at herodisc.com might be able to help you. Firebirds, TeeBirds, Eagles, Banshees, and possibly Starfires go down to 159gms in Champion and Star plastics. Most models go down to 159 in DX.

By far, the most important part of any shot is what is happening in the last split second as the disc is pulling itself from your grip. Focus there. It's the key.
