Assuming you have thrown one in the past decade, or just based on your expertise, is the MF Sentinel more overstable than Champ Rocs? Would you expect Sirius (star) to be less overstable than Q (champ) with this mold?

Hey Rob,
The Sentinel is a faster, more overstable mid. I don't know whether the Sirius or Q would be any different. I have only thrown the S, I believe. The Sentinel used to be, or maybe still is a favorite of Steve Brinster.
As far as what's in the works that have appeal to me: the Katana has some nice appeal and so does a new mold Star Roc we are producing now.
