I only have much experience with the S type. The S-type are both similar. The both fly like a faster slightly more overstable TeeBird. The new type might be slightly better for sidearm.

By far, the most important part of any shot is what is happening in the last split second as the disc is pulling itself from your grip. Focus there. It's the key.
