Fixed. =) I'd say those guys are way past the point of "potential".

Schusterik and McBeth are beyond "potential." Wiggins is still under the "potential" banner, although it is a bit like saying LeBron James had potential when he was a senior in high school, its about as can't-miss as it gets, but he wasn't quite elite yet.
But my main reasoning for mentioning McBeth and Schusterik with him is that they were picked up before they became what they are right now. They displayed remarkable potential and a team snatched in and picked them up.
So it shows that continued excellence isn't the only way, you can show the promise for that excellence and get picked up by a team.
