Pretty much what I was thinking. One time at Moraine a few years ago, playing from the blue tee, I hit the chains on hole#2 (which was in the center position, is that B?) and nearly holed out my upshot. (This was after my drive from the blue tee on hole#1 hit the basket!)

I would agree that hole#2 in that position is just a tough 3 from the shorter tees and not a pro par four.
