As they should be. We already have a problem with overweight discs being clandestinely used in PDGA play with no mechanism to detect them or enforce the rule. Luckily, they are typically <3g overweight. Now, there will be discs 20-25g overweight floating around, also with no mechanism for enforcement in the "non-super class". A mess it will be.
