Replace the word "afforded" with the word "approved". Tee pads are an issue with the DCNR management at Moraine. At first, they did not like the idea of large slabs of concrete throughout the park. My meeting with them last year went well and I got them to say "maybe" on the tee pads. I need to schedule another meeting with them soon. I'll let you know how that goes....
